Multi Chats offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. All subscriptions are managed through our website and processed by Stripe, our payment provider.
To manage your subscription, including upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations, please visit your account settings on our website at https://www.multichats.ai.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@multichats.ai. You can also request a full export of your personal data via the same email address.
Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements). Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.
