How Limits Work

Message limits reset on a rolling monthly basis from your subscription date. Unused messages do not roll over to the next month.

Note: During peak usage times, we may temporarily adjust limits to ensure service quality for all users. Premium users always receive priority access.

What Counts as a Message?

A message is counted each time you send a prompt to an AI model. This includes:

  • Text conversations
  • Image analysis requests
  • Document analysis
  • Web search queries
  • Image generation requests
  • Voice call messages

You can view your usage at any time on your account page.

Exceeding Your Limit

When you reach your limit, you'll be notified so you can plan accordingly:

  • Free users: Wait for daily limit to reset or upgrade.
  • Pro users: Upgrade to Pro+ for higher limits.
  • Pro+ users: Wait for monthly reset.

Fair Use Policy

All plans are subject to our Terms of Service. To maintain quality for everyone, we prohibit:

  • Automated or programmatic access
  • Account sharing with others
  • Reselling or powering third-party services

Subscription & Billing

Upgrade anytime by clicking your profile icon and selecting "Upgrade Plan". Manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods from your account page.

Annual Plans: Save $52 on Pro Yearly or $70 on Pro+ Yearly compared to monthly billing.

Refunds: Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you believe you were incorrectly charged. Reviewed case-by-case.

Cancellations & Privacy

Cancel anytime from your settings. You'll retain access until your billing period ends. Your data is preserved even if you revert to the free plan.

Your conversations are completely private. We never use your personal chats to train AI models. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.
