Import into Multi Chats
Open Multi Chats Import
Log into Multi Chats and go to Settings > Memories > "Import" button, or use the link below to open the import dialog directly.
Paste & Parse
Select your provider, copy the export prompt, paste the AI's response, and let Multi Chats automatically parse it into individual memories.
Review & Import
Preview the parsed memories, deselect any you don't want, and import them in bulk. They'll be auto-tagged as 'Imported' for easy filtering.
On mobile: Open the Multi Chats app, go to Profile > Memories > Import. The same 3-step process applies.
